Maintaining a Mercedes-Benz vehicle involves regular service and maintenance to ensure it continues to perform at its best. Mercedes offers a range of services and maintenance tasks through their authorized dealerships and service centers.

Here are some common maintenance services you might expect:

In general, you’ll schedule Mercedes-Benz Service A or Service B once every 10,000 miles, or roughly once per year; this is your Mercedes-Benz oil service interval.

Regularly check tire pressure, rotate tires, and ensure proper alignment. Replace tires when tread wear is significant.

  • Brake Service

Brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid need regular inspection and replacement when necessary.

  • Filter Replacement

Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and fuel filters as recommended.

  • Battery Check

Check the vehicle’s battery for proper voltage and replace it when necessary.

  • Engine Tune-Up

Periodically inspect and replace spark plugs, ignition coils, and other components as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.

  • Suspension and Steering

Inspect and maintain suspension components, including shocks, struts, and control arms. Ensure the steering system is in good condition.

  • Exhaust System

Regularly inspect the exhaust system for leaks or damage, and replace components as needed.

  • Electrical System

Keep the electrical system in good condition, including lights, fuses, and wiring.

  • Transmission Service

Check the transmission fluid and perform transmission service or flush as recommended.

  • HVAC System

Maintain the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system to ensure proper climate control.
